The project enables partners of young law firms and practicing lawyers who are just planning to start their own business to get personal advice from the giants of the legal market - to hear insides from colleagues who have already gone through a thorny path and achieved significant results.
The participants of the meeting were able to communicate with Michael Doubinsky in an informal atmosphere and ask him questions about the management of the legal business:
- internal structure of the firm;
- partnership (requirements, allocation of responsibilities, distribution of income, etc.);
- motivation;
- finances;
- building customers relationships;
- marketing.
