Mykola Pototskyy is a renowned IP specialist in Ukraine, a Doctor of Juridical Science, an attorney-at-law and a patent attorney with almost 20 years of experience in the public sector and a private practice.
For a long time, he worked in Ukrpatent, headed the Department of Law and Administration of State Registers, the Appeals Chamber of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine, served as Deputy Chairman of the Commission on approval of inclusion of the designation containing the official name of the state «Ukraine» in a trademark.
Mr. Pototskyy is actively involved in the development of intellectual property sphere in Ukraine, chairs the Intellectual Property Committee at the Ukrainian National Bar Association, a member of the National Association of Patent Attorneys of Ukraine.
