Patent Attorney of "Doubinsky and Osharova" Olga Leonchyk became one of the founders of National Association of Patent Attorneys of Ukraine (NAPA).
Recently, significant changes have taken place in the field of intellectual property in our country: the sphere is currently being reformed, and the special laws on intellectual property rights have been amended. However, this was not enough for the efficient operation of the system and the movement towards European standards.
The reform needs to be completed by creating an effective system of state protection of intellectual property. In such cases, a public organization becomes the engine of changes and the voice of the profession.
Established in the fall of 2020, NAPA brought together patent attorneys and other intellectual property professions to make their voices louder and to finally complete the reform.
