The summer of 2020 turned out to be rich in legislative changes in the field of intellectual property. Some of the most awaited were bills 2429 and 2259.
These laws have already been signed and entered into force, but several norms they contain continue to be a reason for discussion. In particular, this concerns “the Bolar exemption”.
