Victoria Sopilnyak, partner of Doubinsky & Osharova, has been appointed as a member of the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee.
Victoria will focus on development and advocacy of INTAs’ policy on the balanced protection of famous and well-known marks, as well as analysis of international treaties, legislation, regulations, and practices in different jurisdictions and further implementation of the experience in Ukraine.
Anastasia Kazankina, attorney of Doubinsky & Osharova, has been appointed as a member of the Commercialization of Brands Committee.
Working in the committee, Anastasia will focus on issues relating to the in-market commercialization of brand offerings. The Committee considers marketing and advertising regulations; licensing, distribution, supply, and agency agreements; tax issues; brand valuation and brand evaluation; and related issues to support the commercial success of products and services.
