By the decision of the General Meeting of the National Association of Patent Attorneys of Ukraine Michael Doubinsky was elected as the Head of the Supervisory Board of NAPA.

Doubinsky & Osharova is the General Partner of the key legal autumn event for IP professionals - IP UKRAINE NOW 2021! This year the main focus of the discussion was on the effectiveness of the IP reform: the work of the Appeals Chamber in the National Intellectual Property Authority system, the existing problems of protection against unfair competition of IP objects, the effectiveness of the IP protection system at the customs border and other equally important issues.

The event was held to share experience, improve IP protection standards, as private bailiffs currently have little practice in enforcing intellectual property-related judgments.
