The WIPR Leaders 2025 guide (World Intellectual Property Review) has released its updated list of the world’s leading intellectual property professionals.

Doubinsky & Osharova has been shortlisted for the prestigious Women in Business Law Awards EMEA in the category of “Ukraine Firm of the Year” — for the third consecutive year.

Victoria Sopilnyak, Partner and Head of the Legal Department at Doubinsky & Osharova, has been recognized in the prestigious international ranking WIPR Diversity's Top 100 2025, in the category of WIPR’s Influential Women in IP. 

Doubinsky & Osharova’s attorney Olga Sopilnyak has been included in the WIPR Diversity’s Top 100 2025, becoming the only Ukrainian representative in the prestigious Future Champions category.

Based on the effective protection strategy, it was possible to prevent the registration of a trademark filed in bad faith, which copied not only the name, but also the design of a well-known brand.
