On October 5, the round table discussion "Supplementary protection of inventions for medicinal product " was held by Doubinsky and Osharova, the Committee on Intellectual Property of Ukrainian national bar association, and the Department of Intellectual Property and Information Law of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

INTA recently filed a trademark application for the word mark INTA with the Ukrainian Patent Office. INTA once again expressed its support with this move to the people and the IP community of Ukraine.
