Two lawyers of Doubinsky & Osharova have been recognized in the annual Yurydychna Gazeta rankings, which explore the new generation of professionals shaping the Ukrainian legal market.

On the occasion of Attorneys’ Day, on December 19, the results of the research conducted within the framework of the all-Ukrainian independent public competition “Lawyer of the Year 2025”, organized by the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association (UAA), were officially announced.

Olga Sopilnyak, attorney at Doubinsky & Osharova, is the author of the article “A licence that works: key terms, common mistakes and litigation risks”, published in the latest issue of Liga Zakon.

Ukrainian Patent Attorney Kateryna Vaisberh, a specialist in national and international patent prosecution at Doubinsky & Osharova, has authored an article titled “Advantages and Risks of the European Patent with Unitary Effect for Ukrainian Applicants: A Practical Case” for Yurydychna Gazeta.

Doubinsky and Osharova have once again confirmed the firm's undeniable leadership: in the “Top 50 Leading Law Firms of Ukraine 2026” ranking by Yurydychna Praktyka, the firm has traditionally secured the first place in the Intellectual Property practice, maintaining its status as the industry leader.

Doubinsky & Osharova has been named the IP Law Firm of the Year in Ukraine – 2026 by Corporate INTL Global Awards.

On November 5, Olga Sopilnyak, attorney-at-law and patent attorney at Doubinsky & Osharova, spoke as a lecturer at the webinar “Patenting in Ukraine: From Idea to Legal Protection” held as part of the “Intellectual Property” course organised by Business Consulting Academy.

On 27 October, attorney-at-law at Doubinsky & Osharova, Valeria Sokolova, spoke as a guest lecturer at the webinar “Protection and Registration of Intellectual Property”, held as part of the Intellectual Property course organised by Business Consulting Academy. 

Yana Yaroshevska and Olga Sopilnyak, attorneys-at-law at Doubinsky & Osharova, co-authored the article “Hostile software ban: legal implications ahead", published in the 9th edition of The Legal Industry Reviews Ukraine.
