According to the results of the ranking of legal services «Who 's Who Legal: Trademark 2019» the managing partner of «Dubinsky and Osharova» Michael Doubinsky is recognized as one of the most respected lawyers in the field of trademark protection in Ukraine.

On October 17, 2019, the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the court of first instance on invalidating of the intellectual property rights to the trademark of a Russian manufacturer of automobile oils containing the verbal element “LUXOIL”.

On the 11th of October, the fifth stage of the national discussion of the draft Intellectual Property Strategy took place in Lviv.

On October the 3d, 2019, Michael Doubinsky participated in the celebrations dedicated to the first ever membership of Ukraine in the World Intellectual Property Organization the Day of Ukraine at the WIPO General Assembly in Geneva.
