The largest legal public organization - Ukrainian Bar Association together with the EU-funded Project “Support to Justice Sector Reforms in Ukraine” and High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine started the set of events aimed at supporting the process of formation of High Court on Intellectual Property and discussing the debating points of court activity.

Doubinsky & Osharova has been acting for Diageo Scotland Limited in the case regarding a cancellation and a trademark infringement action of trademarks that violate the client’s IP rights of the well-known Captain Morgan trademark.

The results of the annual survey “Ukrainian Law Firms 2016. A Handbook for Foreign Clients” were announced. Doubinsky & Osharova holds the leading positions in it, and the Agency's partners are named among the best specialists of the sphere.

On June 21, 2017, in High Specialized Court of Ukraine for civil and criminal cases, Doubinsky & Osharova successfully defended the  rights of Voronin Concern - a famous Ukrainian company producing men’s garments.
