The most significant event in the field of intellectual property rights - IV Intellectual Property Forum (IPF-2017) was held in Kyiv on June 7, 2017, organized by Yuridicheskaya Practika (Legal Practice). Doubinsky & Osharova supported the event as the general co-partner.

On April 18, 2017, Doubinsky & Osharova defended rights of the world-famous owner of the “Jack Daniel's” brand in the case regarding the violation of the rights to the “Jack Daniel's” trademark and the patent invalidation of the “Black Jack” industrial design.

On April 18, 2017 Doubinsky & Osharova successfully defended the rights of PJSC “Oschadbank” in the Commercial Court of Kyiv in the case against PJSC “Sberbank” (Ukraine) and PJSC “Sberbank” (Russia) regarding the  invalidation of the defendant's trademarks, redelegation of domain name sberbank.ua and the prohibition to use the “SBERBANK” trademark.
