In the annual study of WTR 1000 - The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals, the agency «Dubinsky and Osharova» is again among the leaders of Ukrainian firms that specialize in the protection of intellectual property rights. In 2019, Agency was called “an IP pioneer and market leader in Ukraine. It maintains robust prosecution and enforcement practices and has “a deep team of great specialists”; this is reflected in the ranking table in the guide this year, which features four names from the “famous boutique”.

Editors of Ukrainian newspaper ‘Yurydychna Gazeta’ announced the results of the survey – ‘Market leaders: ranking of law firms in Ukraine in 2018’ where Doubinsky & Osharova is included in the list of 50 leading law firms in Ukraine in 2018.

We are glad to inform you that Victoria Sopilnyak, the partner of Doubinsky & Osharova, is appointed Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association (UAA) Committee on Intellectual Property.

According to the results of the survey Doubinsky & Osharova is included in the list of Top-50 leading law firms in Ukraine in 2018, as well as being the top law firm practicing in the field of intellectual property. The Agency is also ranked in the Top-50 list of law firms for the financial efficiency.

II Conference "Protection of rights and forensic examination in the IP sphere" was successfully held in Kiev on November 1, 2018. Doubinsky & Osharova supported the event as the partner.

According to the results of the All-Ukrainian survey “Client Choice. The Top 100 Best Lawyers in Ukraine - 2018” Agency’s partners received high recognition in the market. 

The results of the annual survey “Ukrainian Law Firms 2018. A Handbook for Foreign Clients” were announced.  Doubinsky & Osharova holds the leading positions in it, and the Agency's partners are named among the best specialists of the sphere.

International ranking agency Best Lawyers determined the best lawyers based on the results of the annual survey ‘The Best Lawyers in Ukraine 2019’. At once five partners of Doubinsky & Osharova are recommended by the ranking in several practices, and the Agency is recognized as the best in the field of intellectual property law.

The most significant event in the field of intellectual property rights - V International Intellectual Property Forum (IPF-2018) was held in Kiev on June 6, 2018. It was organized by Yuridicheskaya Practika. Doubinsky & Osharova supported the event as the general co-partner.
